company is supervised by a dedicated Project Manager, who is well-acquainted with the practices
and requirements of individual clients. In order to achieve success, together with the client
we identify the scope of work and the budget for the job. The Project Manager at Studio Gambit
builds the team — comprising of a localization engineer and a leading editor — which provides
the knowledge required to fulfill the client's quality requirements. The client-focused approach
results in positive reviews from the numerous satisfied customers.
The Right People in the Right Place
Every project is registered in the Intranet system used for coordinating the workflow. The project
schedule is prepared in the system and then each step is assigned the best available resources.
The analysis of past results of the translators' work helps us transfer the tasks to the best
possible resources. Every linguistic job is evaluated, which influences the statistics and the
future assigning of a particular person to a given task. The statistics also provide information
concerning translators' experience, areas of specialization as well as their ability to use
various CAT tools (such as Trados, Idiom, DejaVu or Translation Manager).

With the use of various reports Project Managers can track the progress of work for each project,
control the status of every file and the amount of time spent on the realization of particular tasks.
