To ensure the transparency of our data processing procedures, below we present the set of information clauses on the rules of processing personal data by Studio Gambit Sp. z o.o. in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

According to Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (OJ EU L 119 of 04.05.2016), please note that:

  1. The Controller of your personal data is Studio Gambit Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Matejki 6,  Gdańsk.

  3. Your personal data is processed for the purpose of assessing possibilities for cooperation with you — on the basis of Article Art 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
  4. The recipients of your personal data will be only the entities authorized to obtain personal data under the provisions of law.
  5. Your personal data will be stored until you withdraw your consent or it is determined that we cannot work together.
  6. You have the right to request the Controller to provide you with access to your personal data, the right to its rectification, to erasure or to restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
  7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
  8. You are free to provide your personal data. However, if you fail to provide it, we may not be able to start cooperation with you.

According to Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (OJ EU L 119 of 04.05.2016), please note that:

  3. Your personal data is processed for the purposes of ongoing and future recruitment processes on the basis of Article Art 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
  4. The recipients of your personal data will be only the entities authorized to obtain personal data under the provisions of law.
  5. Your personal data will be stored for the duration of this and any future recruitment processes, although for not longer than 12 months.
  6. You have the right to request the Controller to provide you with access to your personal data, the right to its rectification, to erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
  7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a
    supervisory authority.
  8. It is mandatory to provide your personal data if required by law, and in other cases you are free to provide it. However, if you fail to provide it, we may not be able to start/continue cooperation with you.

    • Entities authorized to obtain personal data under the provisions of law.
    • Your personal data will be stored until you withdraw your consent or on the basis of a legitimate interest pursued by the Controller.
    • You have the right to request the Controller to provide you with access to your personal data, the right to its rectification, to erasure or to restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
    • You have the right to lodge a complaint with a
      supervisory authority.
    • It is mandatory to provide your personal data if required by law, and in other cases you are free to provide it. However, if you fail to provide it, we may not be able to start/continue cooperation with you.

Information clause for employees of Studio Gambit Sp. z o.o.

    1. Employment, social assistance, ensuring safety at work and safety of properties, monitoring of IT systems — on the basis of Article Art 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 and the Labor Code of 26 June 1974.
    2. Providing commercial social benefits — on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) as consent.
    3. Internal visual identification, access control, training, organization of business trips on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) as necessary for purposes resulting from a legitimate interest pursued by the Controller.
  4. The recipients of your personal data will be:
    • occupational medicine
    • third-party accounting offices (HR and payroll services)
    • commercial medical care
    • social package (e.g. pension plans, group insurance, sports cards for employees)
    • travel agencies (for purposes of business trips)
    • entities authorized to obtain personal data under the provisions of law.
    • Your personal data will be stored for a period of 50 years, on the basis of the Labor Code, and in other cases until the analytical, statistical causes cease to exist, and until you withdraw your consent.
    • You have the right to request the Controller to provide you with access to your personal data, the right to its rectification, to erasure or to restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
    • You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
    • It is mandatory to provide your personal data if required by law, and in other cases you are free to provide it.

    2. Establishing and maintaining business relations — on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
  4. The recipients of your personal data will be:

    • Entities authorized to obtain personal data under the provisions of law.
    • Your personal data will be stored until you submit an objection or on the basis of a legitimate interest pursued by the Controller.
    • You have the right to request the Controller to provide you with access to your personal data, the right to its rectification, to erasure or to restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
    • You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
    • You are free to provide your personal data. However, if you fail to provide it, we may not be able to start/continue cooperation with you.
